HOW IT WORKS:
1.Commit to at least one of the above ski goals in March
2.Create a personal fundraiser page
3.Spread the word & ask for donations: Email. Social Posts. Calls. Maybe even good old-fashion face to face conversation.
4.Hit the slopes.
5.Wear your EpicPromise Ribbon to raise awareness while you ski/ride
*All participants will receive an EpicPromise Ribbon to tie to their goggle strap or a jacket zipper. For those unable to participate or those looking for a way to support all their colleagues, EP Ribbon will be sold in the Employee Center for a $1 or more donation.

It's for those who drive our guests to the slopes and who welcome them home to their hotel. The ones who sharpen your edges and who teach you your first turns. This is for all of us.
At Vail Resorts, our mission is to provide the Experience of a Lifetime to our guests and that starts with our employees. What makes Vail Resorts such an amazing company are the people who work here. The EpicPromise Foundation is about supporting those people and bringing everyone together to create the Experience of a Lifetime for all of us.
The EpicPromise Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that gives $750,000 annually in grants to Vail Resorts employees. We provide Educational Grants to employees to pursue their dreams and continue their schooling. We also support the kids of our employees through Scholarships of up $10,000 for four years of post-secondary education. And we are here for employees who have an unplanned medical need or an emergency that has happened to their home or family through our Emergency Relief Program.
WHAT'S AT STAKE?
Every employee who completes a challenge at Kirkwood will be entered into a drawing for a pair of lift tickets of your choosing.
Employees who complete their challenge AND have the most individual donors at Kirkwood get the below prizes.

2nd Place – Two Tickets to Mammoth!
3rd Place – Two Tickets to Squaw!
